What Quality Means to Us
Six Pillars of Quality
Grade Consistency
We maintain consistent mineral grades across batches by working with stable, well-known sources and applying standard processing methods. What you order in the first shipment will match subsequent shipments.
Pre-Dispatch Testing
Mineral products are tested for key parameters before every dispatch — including particle size, moisture content, and chemical grade where applicable. Testing is done in-house with third-party verification available on request.
Transparent Specification
We provide clear, honest specifications for every product. If a specific grade requirement cannot be met, we will tell you before accepting an order — not after dispatch.
Reliable Packaging
Products are packed in industrial-grade PP woven bags (25 kg, 40 kg, or 50 kg as appropriate) with correct labelling including product name, grade, weight, and source. Bulk dispatch also available.
